Making the move from high school to university can sometimes seem daunting. UNSW Law offers a wide range of student support services to ensure your transition is as easy as possible.
Make the most of your law classes with advice on note taking, managing your workload and understanding the language of the law with free peer tutoring available to all first year students. Or, join the LawPLUS mentoring program, and let senior law students show you the ropes and introduce you to the vibrant social life of the Law School.
UNSW Law's in-house Careers Service is offered exclusively to UNSW Law students and alumni. The first of its kind at a NSW law school, the initiative is modelled on the established and highly successful career offerings at top US law schools.
The Careers Service will work with you to better understand your interests and strengths, to develop your résumé and online profile, and to hone your interviewing skills. The Careers Service will also inform you about the employment opportunities and career paths open to our graduates, helping you explore roles both inside and outside of the legal profession.
